Reviews and Ratings
After a long travel day, the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a good set up for lounging were a welcoming sight, but the limited space for luggage was a downside. The rooms are adequate, clean, and even offer smoking room options, which some may appreciate.
The hotel was reasonably convenient for access to Hakata Stn and the Tenjin town center. The rooms were typical Japanese style, with a good-sized bed that takes up most of the room and a unit bath. The service was lovely and very efficient, with friendly staff. The dining options were good, offering a variety of Western and Japanese food. However, the rooms were not soundproofed, and there was noise from the ice machine dropping ice all night.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although spacious, had some humidity issues despite efforts to maintain a normal level. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing helpful services like dry cleaning and valet parking. The location was convenient with easy access to bus stations and the Tenjin area. The dining experience offered a good buffet selection with a Japanese flair. The facilities were satisfactory, though some improvements could be made.
